About ME
My passion for advocacy and policy change was sparked early in life. As a first-generation Haitian-American and Black woman born and raised in the U.S., I witnessed many systemic failures that too often restrict opportunities and the ability to self-determine. This drove me to dedicate my career to impacting policy and influencing decisionmakers so more people could have access to opportunity and control over shaping their lives.
Over the past decade, I've channeled this mission into tangible change through hands-on advocacy and policy work. I've partnered with nonprofits, grassroots campaigns, and political causes to drive meaningful social impact. My expertise lies in developing winning strategies, solving complex problems, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and building lasting partnerships. By combining strategic thinking with relationship-building skills and operational excellence, I help organizations humanize policy work and lead collaborative efforts that get results.
I work with advocacy organizations, nonprofits, public sector agencies, and mission-driven organizations ready to create lasting social change through effective policy advocacy. Whether you're working on social justice, education, healthcare access, or civil rights, I can help advance your mission through strategic planning and collaborative leadership.
Outside of work, you’ll find me doting on my Chiweenie pup Bruno, forever dreaming of my south Florida roots, and indulging in Caribbean food. I now call Washington D.C. home, which is fitting for my passion for service. Let's get to work making progress together.
